Amadeus Real Estate has a valid planning permission for a new district in the centre of Pilsen
Developer Ameside a.s. from the Prague-based Amadeus Real group has a final planning permission for a new urban district in the centre of Pilsen. It wants to build it for CZK 8 billion between 2025 and 2028 on the site of the former House of Culture, which was demolished 11 years ago. The company already had a zoning permit from the Pilsen building authority, but the Brno-based environmental association Děti Země (Children of the Earth) appealed against it. However, the regional department of regional development has now described the verdict of the building authority as legal and factually correct. This is evident from the official board of the regional authority, which posted the decision on 3 October. It will be on the official board for 15 days, after which the developer can apply for a building permit.
