Kasárna Karlín is set for a nearly CZK 2 billion renovation. Some of the space could also be used as offices

Prague is preparing to renovate the Kasárna Karlín building, with the renovation expected to cost approximately CZK 1.9 billion including VAT. The investment will be financed by the city through its municipal company Trade Centre Praha (TCP), which manages the property. On Monday, Prague councillors approved the launch of a tender for the preparation of design documentation, which is expected to cost approximately CZK 120 million.

His mandate rests on two equally important pillars: regional business development and CEE coordination. On the business side, he will develop cross-border projects and build relationships with key tenant contacts—real estate executives, supply chain directors, and procurement managers at major logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and 3PL companies operating throughout the region—and will represent 108 REAL ESTATE at industry conferences and forums across the CEE region. In addition to his sales role, André Kerremans will also contribute to the implementation of internal processes and the introduction of innovations into real estate practice.
