Brumlovka Villas, Želetavská, Praha 4- Michle

The VILLAS administrative project comes from the workshop of the architectural studio Aulík Fišer architekti. It consists of a set of two houses from 2002 interconnected by a common ground floor and a third building, the RESIDENCE BB CENTRUM residential building. In two office buildings, a total of 8,000 m2 of leasable space is available on six floors above ground and 218 parking spaces on the underground floor. The architecturally very balanced construction of both buildings allows variable modifications of the space of the individual floors according to the tenant's requirements.
The popular location of Prague 4 provides excellent accessibility by public transport, metro station Budějovická "C" within walking distance, city center 5 minutes by car. Direct connections to the D1 motorway and other major roads allow fast connections to surrounding cities. Adjacent to the project from the north side is a park, the area offers full civic and service facilities, in the immediate vicinity of the fitness center Brumlovka Balance Club.
