Currently there are spaces available in the lobby of the building which in our opinion are suitable for commercial use. These are the areas with a shop window facing the square towards Vinohradská Street, which allow a visible presentation for customers or clients, and the areas behind the reception towards Kouřimská Street. The premises are usable e.g. as a branch of a bank, insurance company, real estate agency or as a showroom. There are toilets for customers, a kitchenette and a built-in safe. Access to the premises is directly from the street through the main entrance, or it is also possible to make your own entrance

In the immediate vicinity there is a metro station A and a tram stop Želivského. Within walking distance of OC Flora and Olšanské cemeteries.

The building has an open space at Vinohradská Street with a dedicated outdoor parking lot and also an indoor parking lot in the basement of the building.
