Nile House, Karolínská, Praha 8 - Karlín
Nile House became the first building in the Czech Republic to achieve the highest possible LEED Platinum certification. In the year of its completion, it was even in fourth place in the world rankings. Certification places great emphasis on energy cost savings. It is therefore necessary to meet strict energy performance requirements. The building must also succeed in the evaluation of tenants.
Rohan Island has a completely unique location with great accessibility. It is a three-minute walk to the office from the Karlínské náměstí tram stop, from where it is about a minute by tram to the Křižíkova B metro stop and two minutes to the Florenc junction, where lines B and C intersect. There is also an international bus terminal.
