Olympic Garden, Spálená/ Vladislavova, Prague 1 - Nové Město
The historic Neo-Baroque Art Nouveau building located in the centre of Prague was built between 1907 and 1909 by the architect Osvald Polívka. It originally belonged to the First Mutual Insurance Company. This building is connected to another Neo-Renaissance office complex leading to Vladislavova Street, built by Josef Benischek in 1873 and rebuilt in 1927 by Osvald Polívka. Together with Spálená 16 and Vladislavova 17, this building forms the Spálená - Vladislavova complex, which is connected by a passage and a spacious atrium.
Vladislavova 17, the most modern building of the complex, was built in 2004 and is a combination of a partly historical facade and a modern new building. In addition to the advantages of modern new construction, the building offers 4 floors of garage parking - all in the historic centre of Prague. The Vladislavova 17 building consists of 12 floors, 4 of which are underground.
