Classic 7 Business Park, Jankovcova, Prague 7 - Holešovice

Classic 7 Business Park is a unique project that blends history with the present. In its first stage, the original buildings of the Holešovice steam mill were rebuilt into office space. Both listed buildings were reconstructed and supplemented with a modern building, the so-called bridge, which connects them. The main idea of the project was to combine industrial architecture from the beginning of the 20th century with the latest technologies and create an exceptional, timeless space.
All buildings offer flexibly divisible and modernly equipped office spaces with a total area of 28,000 m2, there are 285 underground and 168 above-ground parking spaces.
