Petr Koljadenko strengthens Goldbeck: new strategic leader for Central Europe

Construction company Goldbeck has announced the arrival of Petr Koljadenko as Strategic Business Lead for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Koljadenko joins from Takenaka Europe, where he spent two decades in business development and most recently led the data centre division.

At Goldbeck, he will be responsible for three key segments that the company sees as major growth opportunities in the region: residential rental development, industrial development driven by nearshoring and parking solutions for retail campuses.

Goldbeck has deep roots in the Czech Republic - this year it celebrates thirty years in business, operates three precast concrete plants and has delivered over three million square metres of commercial real estate in its history. The regional team across three countries numbers over a thousand people.
