Specification

• The large historic building on Prague's náměstí Republiky 7 will undergo a challenging reconstruction, given the fact that the building has never undergone a general reconstruction and that over the years there have been a number of negative changes to the building.
• The project is designed to preserve all the precious elements of the building, including the beautiful spiral staircase. The building has a total of nine floors with approximately 5.6 thousand m2 of floor space.

• The NR7 building is located on the corner of náměstí Republiky and Králodvorská Street, next to the Kotva department store.
