Nová Waltrovka - Legatica, Radlická, Prague 5 - Radlice

The Nová Waltrovka project follows the successful completion of the first and second phases of Waltrovka and offers 24,000 m² of new, modern office space and 4,300 m² of retail space for lease. The new development also includes a residential area with 460 apartments and a 166-room hotel. The project has received planning permission and construction of both office buildings will start this year.
The buildings, named METALICA and LEGATICA, will offer their future tenants not only a high standard but also much more - a community garden on the rooftops, spectacular terraces with panoramic views and sports-friendly facilities in the form of bike rooms and showers.

The Metalica building will offer 16,486 m² of office space and 2,534 m² of retail space. The Legatica building will offer 7,483 m² of office space and 1,283 m² of retail space.
