City Point, Hvězdova, Prague 4 - Pankrác

The City Point building with a total area of 8,500 m2 is located in the largest commercial area of Prague outside the center, in Pankrác in Prague 4. In 2014, it was completely renovated to modern class A office space. by bus and car in the immediate vicinity of the D1 motorway. Another advantage of this location is a wide range of services, shops (adjacent shopping center Arkády Pankrác) and restaurants.
The design of City Point was designed by the world-famous American architect Richard Meier. The four-storey building thus offers a combination of office and retail space with underground parking with 109 spaces.
