New offices in Brno - Komárov

The new offices are located in the completely revitalized Svatopetrská complex, which uses environmentally friendly technologies. Greenery and natural water are an integral part of the whole area, nature helps to create a comfortable environment, the area does not damage it with its operation.
The building is energetically designed so that its operation reaches a neutral carbon balance if possible. It is very well insulated (low energy standard A). It has quality windows with triple glazing and, if necessary, covered with external blinds, so they do not escape heat or overheat in summer. All permanent workplaces illuminate natural daylight.

The complex uses renewable energy sources (43 boreholes with heat pumps, photovoltaics, air recuperation) and technological solutions for energy savings, such as complete LED lighting, intelligent power management, air exchange, blind settings, etc.

Using rainwater for flushing allows for up to a third of the cost savings on water.

The revitalized Ponávka embankment, which offers seating and space for relaxation and informal meetings, is an integral part of the complex and contributes to its favorable climate.

The area supports bicycle transport and is ready for the development of electromobility.

The offices are built to a high standard with environmentally friendly operation. Of course, the office building has a reception, meeting rooms or a multi-purpose hall for 80 guests, the facilities are expanded by the bistro offer.
