Nová Waltrovka - Legatica, Radlická, Praha 5 - Radlice

The Nová Waltrovka project builds on the successful completion of the first and second phases of Waltrovka and offers 24,000 m2 of new, modern office space and 4,300 m2 of retail space for rent. The new development also includes a residential area with 460 apartments and a hotel with 166 rooms. The project has obtained a building permit and the construction of both office buildings will begin this year. The buildings called METALICA and LEGATICA will offer their future tenants not only a high standard, but also much more - a community garden on the roofs, magnificent terraces with panoramic views and friendly facilities for athletes in the form of bike sheds and showers. The Metalica building will offer 16,486 m2 of office space and 2,534 m2 of retail space. The Legatica building has 7,483 m2 of office space and 1,283 m2 of retail space. The project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2023.
